When approaching Infrastructure Design there are many methodologies and practices to choose from.  We at Docent Solutions employ the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as a framework to structuring our approach to Design.  We know that not every client has the same needs and ITIL has proven flexible and agile enough to accomodate divergent challenges from one client to the next.
